The Clinic is situated approximately midway along Railway Road (B6227), which links Lower and Higher Adlington; and is approx. 500 yards up the hill from Adlington Train Station which is on the Manchester/Blackpool North Line.

The no.3 bus from Chorley Interchange stops directly outside with the 125/126 Preston/Chorley/Bolton service and the X61 Blackpool/Preston/Manchester express coach stopping at Higher Adlington.

It is within easy distance from Chorley, Preston, Leyland, Bolton, Blackburn, Wigan, Southport, Blackpool and Manchester and is reasonably accessible from anywhere in Lancashire and the North West. 

The Clinic has private parking facilities and is wheelchair accessible.
