Back Pain Treatment & Physiotherapy

The most common causes of back pain are bad posture, muscle or bone injury, slipped disc or bone disorders.Back Pain

About two thirds of adults will experience back pain; the way this exibits itself is described as local, radiating or chronic pain.

Local pain is mild in severity and is generally short-lived compared to radiating pain and comes as the result of an accident, but none the less should be treated at the earliest possible opportunity.

Radiating pain is often more severe and may have started as local pain, but was left untreated and may now have caused postural and mobility complications; or if nerves are involved, can cause referred pain to another area ie Sciatica.

Chronic back pain will nag you for a long time and in  some cases may force you to alter your lifestyle significantly.

We have 2 treatments for Back Pain as follows:

Track and TreatAlan Hughes, Clinical Director (‡)

"...I can't put into words how grateful I am to you for relieving me of the pain I thought I had to live with... Thank you so very much." - K.Brown (Sciatica Sufferer)

Alan Hughes M.Ed, BSc Human Sciences, FEATC, SNATC, TDLB assessor, NHSTA, MBHMA, MGCMT, MCThA

Alan Hughes is a specialist in muscular and nerve entrapment and believes it is pointless treating the symptom without addressing the cause of the problem, because if left unresolved the symptoms will more than likely re-occur.  Using his skills he will both track and treat the causes.

Having been a teacher, Alan uses his extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology to explain why a condition has occurred and how to prevent it from re-occurring in the future.  The result being, that many of his patients comment "why has nobody ever explained it to me like this before?" and "It is a great relief to know what's going on."

This is an innovative and extremely effective treatment with a very high success rate.  In most cases, all it takes is ONE treatment!

This treatment is of approximately an hours' duration, however, where necessary, we will extend this to beyond the hour in order to finish the treatment of your condition - at no additional cost.

Alan is available Mondays 12:00pm to 8pm, Wednesdays 9am to 5pm,Thursdays 9am to 5pm and Fridays 12:00pm to 8pm.

£45.00.
