Neck and Shoulder pain gone in ONE treatment!

The types of painful feelings that you have in your neck and shoulders are an indication of what is going on in your spine.  For example, if you experience burning, stabbing or electrical sensations it may indicate an irritated or trapped nerve.  If your neck muscles feel stiff or tight, you may have pain due to an injury, posture problem or a combination of these.

The location of your pain may or may not be related to damage in the area of discomfort;  if for instance, a nerve is affected the pain may radiate down through the neck and right across the shoulder or as far down as the base of the spine.

If you have trigger points or other myofascial pain, you may experience referred pain ie discomfort or inflammation in an area that is seemingly unrelated to the actual origin of the problem.

We have 2 treatments to remove pain from the neck and shoulders, as follows:

Track and Treat (‡)

Alan Hughes M.Ed, BSc Human Sciences, FEATC, SNATC, TDLB assessor, NHSTA, MBHMA, MGCMT, MCThA

This is a specialist treatment by Alan hughes using a variety of techniques tailored specifically to meet your individual needs.

Designed for removing persistant neck pain by providing relief from nerve entrapment and muscular problems; working all the muscle tissues from the top of the neck right the way through to the base of the rib cage and across the shoulders.

Having been a teacher, Alan uses his extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology to explain why a condition has occurred and how to prevent it from re-occurring in the future.  The result being, that many of his patients comment "why has nobody ever explained it to me like this before?" and "It is a great relief to know what's going on."

Alan will assess how the muscles and nerve fibres are laying and how they are reacting to stress, trauma and other painful conditions, and by treating the cause bring lasting pain relief and increased mobility.

In most cases, it is only necessary to have a single treatment to remedy the problem.

This treatment is of approximately an hours' duration, however, where necessary, Alan will extend this to beyond the hour in order to finish the treatment of your condition - at no additional cost.
